Your first 90 days in a circle
What new members can expect from their first three gatherings, and what is expected back.
Your first three gatherings are less about contributing and more about calibrating. Most members find the rhythm by the third.
The first is an introduction: you meet the circle and it meets you. The second is where most members bring something real for the first time, usually smaller than the thing actually keeping them up. The third is where the circle starts referring back, which is the point at which it stops being a meeting and starts being yours.
What is expected back is simple. Turn up, bring something true, and answer when someone else does.
