Women Executives Circle (WEC), pronounced “We See,” is a peer-powered community for senior women leaders across industries, functions, and fields. WEC connects women at comparable levels of leadership through trusted circles rooted in Wisdom, Empowerment, and Connection, offering the best of both worlds: authentic, in-person connection through local communities and a broader network that connects leaders across geographies.
WEC brings together geography-based Chapter Circles and focus-based Domain Circles within one connected network, combining deep local relationships with broader cross-industry and cross-functional perspective.
